• Selection for internship is based on merit and available slots.
• Interns must adhere to the professional code of conduct and maintain confidentiality regarding company projects.
• Certification is subject to the successful completion of assigned projects and meeting attendance requirements.
• Course fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the training has commenced.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for services or internships must be made through our authorized payment channels. We utilize UPI and bank transfers. Nexentora Technologies is not responsible for failures in third-party payment gateways. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided once a service is initiated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software developed by Nexentora Technologies are the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise specified in a separate contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexentora Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
